Returns and shipping policy

1. Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 
  • Returns can be made by post or at our showroom.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1. Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges can be made by post or at our showroom.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is  responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part in processing the order. 
  • We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.
