Returns and shipping policy
1. Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Returns can be made by post or at our showroom.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part in processing the order.
- We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.
