Shipping policy
1. Shipping options and rates
- Stock products: 4-5 business days
- Non-stock products: 4-5 business days after confirmation of availability
- Standard Shipping: 9,84€ (VAT included)
- Free Shipping: On orders above 440,00 € (VAT included) or if you pick up your order at our headquarters in São Félix da Marinha (Vila Nova de Gaia).
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after the confirmation of availability has been sent. Any delays beyond our control will be communicated to you promptly.
3. International Shipping
We only ship to Portugal (including Islands). International shipping is not available.
4. Order Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, then your order should be delivered in 2-3 business days.
